Terms of Use

1. The service

GCC Intelligence (UP & NCR Edition) is a business-intelligence platform operated by MarshallRidge Consulting Private Limited (“MarshallRidge”). Access is provided to authorised users under a commercial agreement or evaluation arrangement.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

Credentials are personal; do not share them. You are responsible for activity under your account and must enable available security features (such as two-factor authentication) where required by your organisation. You must not attempt to probe, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, other tenants’ data, or underlying infrastructure.

3. Outputs & figures

Financial figures are produced by a deterministic model from stated assumptions and cited benchmark sources. They are decision-support estimates, not professional, legal, tax or investment advice, and require qualified review before binding decisions. AI-generated narrative is clearly derived from those figures and may contain imperfections.

4. Intellectual property

The platform, its datasets, models and documentation are the property of MarshallRidge or its licensors. Documents you generate from your own inputs are yours; the underlying benchmark data and engine remain ours.

5. Privacy

Personal data is handled per the Privacy Notice, including grievance redressal under the DPDP Act 2023.

6. Availability & liability

The service is provided with commercially reasonable care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarshallRidge is not liable for indirect or consequential loss; aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding 12 months. Service-level commitments, where applicable, are set out in your commercial agreement.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or threaten platform security, with notice where practicable.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
